最近发现一个同ALLY一样有严重失忆问题的人.

A: what is your name?

B: my name is ally, I work in XX department. I sent you several email before, you may see my name, but we never met before.

A: oh.. nice to meet you.

Chatting for while, about two min later

A: I’m sorry, it is very hard for me to remember people’s name, could I have your name again?

B: sure. My name is Ally. I have the same problem as you. Always forget people’s name.

Then…the same scenario happen again on other two co-workers.

He just has to stop conversation every several mins to check again the talker’s name. He is so cute and lovable. For obvious reason, I am kinda of this kind person. But the good thing for him is, he is boss, so we won’t say any thing about it, as to me, I am at the bottom of line of food link, I would be blamed if I cannot remember.

Love is definded in various way. sometimes you take it for granted, but for others it maybe...

I cannot deny it is Brat Pitt, the actor, which catch my eyes first, then I find out it is the story which move me more. I cannot help thinking to obscure the book, since author's emotion and thoughs maybe not revealed in this short movie. Looking forward to it's launching.

《雪狮的蓝绿色鬃毛》

前在偏远的康地东边有个老人，大家都叫他“摩尼老叟”，因为他日以继夜很虔诚地一直在旋转自己做的小摩尼转经轮。转经轮里装满大悲观世音的心咒──嗡嘛呢贝美吽。“摩尼老叟”和儿子住在一起，他们还有一匹骏马。儿子是老人生活中的喜悦，那匹马则是男孩的骄傲和快乐。

       老人的妻子在漫长岁月辛勤持家下，早已辞世，投生到更有福报的地方去了。父子俩住在平原边靠河的一幢简陋石屋中，过着朴素单纯的日子。

　　有一天他们的马不见了，邻居都为老人遗失了唯一的财富而惋惜不已。但是老人却默不作声继续摇动他的转经轮，口中不断地念着：“嗡嘛呢贝美吽”这句西藏最流行的真言，对别人的询问或安慰，他仅是淡淡地说：“要心存感谢万事万物，有谁能说什么是福？什么是祸？咱们等着看吧……”

　　几天后，那匹骏马回来了，后面还跟着一对野马。老人和他儿子很快便驯服了这对野马。于是每个人都为老人意外的好运而欢唱恭贺。老人摇着转经轮微笑地说：“我很感谢……但谁晓得呢？咱们等着看吧。”

 　　之后，男孩在骑其中一匹野马奔驰的当儿，跌下来而摔断腿。邻居们将他抬回家，大家都诅咒那匹野马，并为男孩的恶运而叹息不已。不过老人坐在爱子的床边只是不停地一圈又一圈地摇着他的转经轮，嘴里轻声喃喃地念着大悲观世音的心咒。他既不抱怨，也不抗议他们的命运，只是温和地点头，重复他以前说过的话：“佛是慈悲的，我很感激我儿子生命幸存。我们等着看吧。”

ha ha…this is the answer for why you choose this particular company, not the other one. You should ask yourself why you want this interview? Don’t repeat your resume and employment history. Try to point out the most compelling case which could prove your sincere interest. Typically, you should mention the company’s product, their customer’s comment and feedback, or competitor’s situation.

基本上, 我不挑公司,只挑工资和待遇. 但这些都不能上台面说. I should pretend that this company has a good reputation, the product is reliable, the competitor is a shit. And what next? Good prospective, develop my potential….anyway, you are high in my list of priority.

3 skills and experience

here is the time to brag who you are. But keep in mind that don’t go too far. Consider your key skills and how you’ll use them in this job. If you are good looking, you may improve the company’s image. (kidding)

avoid clichés and generalities, since recruiters have heard lots of standard words. What you can stand out, offer specific evidence. No two people have the same life, adding some background and story color can make it totally different. On the other hand, think about your weaknesses and how you can minimize and balance them with your strengths. Don’t give a think that employer will miss to ask about your shortcoming, unsuccessful experience. It is useless to run around, try to describe yourself as objectively as possible. Avoid sounding arrogant or defensive.

上次见老外时, 他的开场白是don’t be shy, just tell me how good you are, it is not the time to hide yourself. Humble is not appropriate now. 看, 他多明白中国人, arrogant很少回在中国人身上体现. At that time, I try my best to showcase the reason why I am the best candidate. Unfortunately, there is not enough words accumulated in my mind to brag. But I still remember the last sentence I said: I am the right one. 我真是超厚脸皮.

一同事拒绝被升迁, 老板很惊讶, after communicating, they realize that my coworker believe that her ability is not enough, their comment was culture difference. Westerner always keep trying no matter it is suitable or not, 反正是走马上任先.

4 diligence and professionalism

 it is kind of working ethic. Just like others, always mention thoroughness, diligence, and accountability. Describe how you gather resources, how you predict obstacles and how mange stress. Absolutely, you can persevere to see the project through, and achieve desired results. Bright side, only the bright side. Hey it is saling yourself. If you want to people buy you, you need to show you worth the price. 反正就是吃苦耐劳,任劳任怨,坚持不懈,不达目的死不休.
